If you are a new resident, you must call Membership Services (located at the Athletic Center) at (904) 291-4343 x 116 to set up an appointment for your new resident orientation.
Please read the Amenities Policies as mandated by the South Village CDD here.
Appointment is required.
Visit the Athletic Center to obtain a temporary pass, pick up your packet and set your appointment. Please bring along your government issued ID, a copy of your closing statement (HUD) or lease agreement and/or the Amenity Release form (if applicable).
All residents 3 years of age or older are photographed and entered into our computer system for access to the facilities.
It is the property owners’ responsibility to inform Eagle Landing’s Membership Services of any changes to your account that should occur, including but not limited to: address change, phone number change or household members. Failure to do so could result in suspension of privileges. Contact Membership Services at (904) 291-4343 x 116 BEFORE you move.
If you own rental property in Eagle Landing, you have one of two options concerning Amenity Privileges:
Fill out a Homeowners Release of Amenities Privilege form, giving all rights to use the facilities to the renters.
As the homeowner you have the option to keep your privileges to use the facilities, and NOT give them to your renters. If a rent/lease agreement is extended, renters should provide a copy of the new agreement to Membership Services in order to continue their privileges associated with their Resident Account.
